Don Smart

Don SmartAttorney Don Smart has been practicing law since 1975. Mr. Smart graduated from West Georgia College and received his law degree from Emory University in Atlanta. He later received his Master’s in Business Administration from Duke University. Mr. Smart has served in the United States Marine Corps on active duty from 1975 to 1979 and continued in the Marine Corps Reserve for an additional 20 years retiring in 1999 as a Lieutenant Colonel.

Mr. Smart has spent most of his legal career in litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, wrongful death, and commercial litigation as well as medical malpractice liability. He also has spent a considerable amount of time in Wills and Estate matters.


Gloria Bolino

Gloria J. Bolino was admitted to the practice of law in Georgia in 2014. Ms. Bolino has practiced as a guardian ad litem and court-appointed attorney in Chatham County Superior Court as well as Chatham County Juvenile Court. Previously she practiced family law in Indiana (In good standing, 2016) and criminal law In Washington State (In good standing, 2010). Miss Bolino serves as a part—time Magistrate in Beaufort County, South Carolina. She is a member of the South Carolina Summary Court Judges’ Association, Inc. and Georgia State Bar Association, as well as having been sworn into the United States Supreme Court. She received her juris doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law where she was a member of Moot Court, served as an extem in the Washington State Court of Appeals, and recognized in Who’s Who Among American Law Students.


Rosemary Florence

rosemary florenceRosemary Florence has more than 21 years of experience helping individuals obtain workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability benefits. She has practiced Workers Compensation and Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation where she has managed and tried workers’ compensation cases of varying legal complexities and negotiated hundreds of settlements on behalf of her clients. With a background representing insurance companies, she understand both sides of the law in workers’ compensation cases and can anticipate possible defense strategies.

Rosemary is actively licensed to practice law in Georgia and North Carolina. She has always wanted to become a lawyer, and has focused most of her career on workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability. She is a member of the Georgia State Bar, the Pooler Chamber of Commerce and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).
